I'm in the same boat. I really want the refresh for the heat pump. I already missed out on my fav config now (someone snagged it 2 days ago) the only thing left is my second choice. If pricing comes in significantly higher for the dual motor 2025 equivalent of the config i want, I hope my second...
Lots of R1S here in Ontario Canada. The price drop helped get rid of a few but they'll need to drop prices further imo to move them. The conversion screwed us right off the bat initially where I feel Rivian had baked in a pretty high price for their cars in Canada. The last price drop i feel...
Would like clarification too. When I asked an employee last week, this was only for the T. If this has now been extended to the S that might change things for me
It IS nice. But, when i got the preorder book and spec'd it similar to an R1S, it only came out 10kCdn less than an R1S. If i'm spending that much, i'll just go with the R1S, as much as I loved my XC90 when i had it.
While I agree with you entirely, there's one thing that makes me doubt this logic. Rivian has been emphatic that by the end of the year they will be making money on their cars...waiting until September to deliver cars that are 'making money' doesn't align with that timing, it just makes it too tight
Cool. now they need more than one option in Dual Motor in Blue or more DM options in general (they've only had one blue option for months and it's 152k). Also, let's lay off the underbody shield on almost every car lol. I get they're trying to get their margins up, but right now it might be...
They won't be accepting custom orders for a while. What we see them producing is popular configurations to allow them to continue delivering vehicles it seems
Out of curiosty, i wasn't able to listen into the May Investor call, did they say anything about
In the same boat. Not in a rush ATM so I'm sitting tight. The things rumored, mostly the heat pump would be great since I live in Canada, so that's why I'm waiting for the time being. But if they...
