People that drive 100k vehicles aren’t generally upgrading the sound systems. There isn’t a big market for companies to create these plug and play devices for such an expensive vehicle with low sales volume. It makes more sense for them to create these options for $40-$50,000 Teslas. And even...
My 21’ Model Y and my current 23’ model 3 are so much better then my 24’R1T. Do you listen to music with bass? The sound system is terrible in comparison. There is no low end. It’s slightly better than the base system I had in a 2012 BMW 328. I have gotten used to it but I know not to crank...
My vin is 309XX and delivered in March 24’. I’ve had a rain sensor failure, some trim replaced on the truck bed, steering column makes a fart noise when it moves, fan makes a weird noise likes it’s stuck when it starts and lots of wind noise at 70. So nothing that bad besides the annoying motor...
I noticed that my passenger door rubs the front quarter panel when opening. I can’t open the door without damaging the quarter panel and door edge. Of course the next appt to look at it is September.
Anyone else have issues like this? I’m just wondering how successful service will be at...
They probably didn’t even look at it yet. I had one of them drive around with me in my R1T and they said it was normal. I have to drive around with music on to not be annoyed about it.
I would have got a quad if had test driven a dual and heard this.
It doesn’t really feel like the latest and greatest it feels like this is what should have been delivered when they initially came out. Most ev’s have been using heat pumps. I had it on my 21’ Tesla. They used cheap cameras and a loud clunky clearly untested suspension. Now they have fixed...
I’m about to have a chip filled in tomorrow hopefully. I had a dot truck in AZ throw a pile of asphalt in front of my truck to fix pot holes on the 10 and I’m surprised it’s all I got for damage.
They wouldn’t need to build out service so quick if they manufactured better vehicles or spent more time on inspections. Every vehicle being manufactured and needing some kind of service is not sustainable. Tesla had the same issue when the model 3 came out. Looked like blind monkeys put it...
I don’t find the seats to be that comfortable but I recently drove my R1T 7 hours straight and I had no back aches so it changed my opinion. My Teslas seats are much softer but not as nice on a long drive. If you can’t find happiness with your R1S and can walk away then it’s probably a good...
No it just means you have to plan and not be lazy. I’ve had an electric car since 2018. Yes it requires a lot more work when you’re traveling because you can’t just get in your car and blindly drive to your destination. That means calling up every hotel you plan on staying at to make sure they...
I don’t think you are understanding what I’m saying. You don’t need phone service for the app to open or open your car. Turn off your Wi-Fi and turn off your cellular service then go up to your car and unlock it. I bet it will work. I just did it on my phone as I’ve done it before.
I think it will be worth it if you end up with a working cover. And I think it would make it more valuable if you are to sell. I have the manual and it’s fine but it would be nice to easily retract it.
I don’t think we have the same motors. Your in a quad and I’m in a dual motor performance so our sound different. Mine only makes noise at a certain speeds. It doesn’t really matter how fast I accelerate which is the frustrating part. Around 30mph it’s the loudest. I don’t hear any motor noise...
Why do people keep saying they are on some list? There is only a way to sign up to be notified when it’s available by email. Am I missing something or are you all just wanting to feel important? Lol
