FWIW, he didnt update anything on my truck before connecting to it. Right now all of our trucks can be connected to remotely. So I am not sure that you will HAVE to have a software update in order for it to work. My guess is the software update will be more of UI update to request the service...
I agree with others. I would call to see if they can have a mobile person come out in the next day or two since this is a safety issue that they created (assuming they took the seat out).
If you're not the confrontation type, get out the torque wrench and tighten them to 69 ft lbs.
OPs is not a dual, at least if his Vehicle Garage is accurate with a 2022 R1T.
I also have a quad gen 1 and turned off Auto ride height almost 2 years ago and have never turned it back on (nor has it come back on after sleep).
Mine does the same. I think it has to do more with who gets to the car first instead of who is closest to the driver door. Would love to be able to have the option to always default to me and have to manually change to someone else's profile.
I just had my 12v replaced this morning via mobile tech. He let me know that I was one of the guinea pigs for the new remote reset that owners will be able to do. He did the entire thing without hooking up his laptop to perform the resets. He was on the phone with one of the engineers the entire...

I've done both. There are plenty of mounts out there. For one of my vehicles I designed a piece and had it cut via SendCutSend because I wanted something very specific.
I've been thinking the exact same use case, and ironically did the exact same thing earlier. Drove a Porsche Cayenne and needed something to drive to the dump. Bought the lowest trim level nissan frontier. Went I went to buy, I told the sales guy I only needed a/c. Didnt need a radio, didnt need...
I'm not hating on your comment, but its funny we think this is "oversupplied" and oversaturated but to hear there are 100 gas pumps at the same intersection no one would flinch.
Absolutely. Loved my T so much that I bought an S to go with it.
The T was my first electric car, so it took a few months for me to get used to driving an electric car and everything that comes with (range anxiety, charging, etc) but that wasnt vehicle specific issues.
