Not sure if you have a Rivian, but it's part of the 8-step purchase checklist. You can usually set an effective start date for your policy that coincides with your delivery date, which I did once Rivian scheduled my delivery date.

As far as I know, these automotive SOS systems are intended to connect to the manufacturer or their designated call center, rather than 9-1-1. It must've just been that Rivian is not a legacy automaker. Having a live agent from the automaker also makes it so 9-1-1 is properly informed of GPS...

I got a better look at it. It doesn't appear to be the glass itself, but rather something on the interior side of the glass roof — almost paint-like (it does not scratch off and feels raised rather than indented). I was told I can bring it in to my local SC whenever I can and they'll assess...
