Had chip repaired at Safelite today and head technician said Rivian was releasing software/hardware to replace windshields this month. Said training scheduled end of month. Would make it easier for lots of folks.

I live in Montana and used my son’s address in Washington to get my truck in March 2023. Had a few minor issues with it and just had a mobile service call with a technician out of Boise. Great experience. He told me that the plan is to place a couple mobile technicians in Bozeman next summer...

They told me a mobile service would be set up end of October. Will see. I have seems others say that mobile can change the triangle window.

I proved the triangle window was the source by using blue painters tape on my he outside which eliminated the noise. Still waiting for a mobile visit to fix.
