Not sure what it shows. But it could be torque, in which case you won’t see 100% as soon as you hit finite speed. That’s why the difference between sport and all purpose vanishes at certain speeds, since those 20% extra torque only apply at very low speeds.

Also: OP looks like there is a discontinuity there. One maybe could add a discontinuity kernel to learn at which temperatures Rivian built in strategy changes. My guess is that it could be an integer value on the Celsius scale.
