I've been to the hub a few times for Rivian related events, specifially Q&As with Wassym or Jeff Hammound.

YMMV but i was able to purchase one from a service center. Just ask them next time you're there for any reason and see.

Linus Tech Tips reviewed the truck and adjusted the settings to hit a preset curve they had. I've been using it and it sounds pretty good to me as a general tune. You can see them talk about it and the settings here....

It was a few months back, but my vehicle (adventure edition) was in at the service center and I just asked them if i could buy a key from them while i was there. They said sure, charged me $100 for the wristband key and $60 for the programming.

Had mine installed at Van Nuys, they did a great job!

just a heads up i was able to buy one from my local service center. they need to add it to the car anyway.
