When backing up with a trailer (boat in my case), I need to look backwards. This causes my weight to shift off the seat and the vehicle automatically stops. Easily the most frustrating “feature” of the truck for me.

So happy with this update. Now I can pull my phone out of my pocket, open the app, hit controls, open hood instead of pushing the button. Seriously though, we need the ability to send an address to the GPS. I'm getting tired of typing in long / lats. Lastly, way too many ads on this site...

Rivian, if you’re listening, please let me disable the truck going into park when I lift my butt off the seat when backing up. It and vampire drain are my only 2 gripes with the vehicle.

I have this. Works great. I only put it on when I'm going to draconian places that will enforce no front plate: downtown parking and L.A.

Speed limits on freeways in California are barely recommendations. As you can from the video, everyone is 80+, if you drove the speed limit you’d certainly cause accidents.

100% agree there are lots of issues, but impossible for us to know how prevelant or the severity. I jknow that before I got my truck I was very worried, and so far I’ve been lucky, so I figured I’d be a voice for the lucky ones… until I’m not… ;) FWIW, I had issues before delivery (12V system)...
