Are you sure we're not married to the same person. Lol.
She wants replacement Scorpions or ATS with light off-roading and likes the looks, but I'm looking for a little bit quieter and longer lasting.
Did you get the Toyota SLs?
Thanks for the video.
Also, just to clarify you mentioned 275/55R21 my car originally had.
Currentlyon 20" rims with Scorpion 275/65r20 116h m+s. I'm assuming these are not the LT versions but I'm confused because the preview center had them filled to 51.
Just look on whatever's closest to...
Is this the Toyo you recommended? I like the look of them.

Also why would my app/screen show 21" road yet I have 20"? Does it hurt anything not having it set correct.
For instance in reverse if I had 21" rims yet...
Don't care about performance as much. I like the AT rugged look. Not a fan of the ltx at smooth look
What specific ko3. The lt version?

Btw see my other post. Showing 21" in the...
Your right. So what would be the same larger size tire I have now and look just as rugged?
Also having another little issue. My app and car is showing 21" wheels but tires are 20". Maybe original owner swapped out? Do I need to do anything?
Actually I linked the wrong one. I was looking at the LT XTM. Would this fit? We want the larger tire and range drop isn't a big factor.

I have a 2023 Rivian R1S currently running the stock Pirelli Scorpion AT 275/65R20s.
I’m in Texas, so it’s hot most of the year, but we do get some heavy rain at times. Most of my driving is local with occasional highway trips — around 10K miles annually. I’m not doing serious off-roading, but...
I'm seeing certain posts that say they have fixes for it. I'm seeing others say it's loose compressor, rattling against housing, turn on turn off compressor, etc.
Also see a lot saying it's normal
Just picked up a 23 R1S in Texas. Car was in sun for about 2 to hours and the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when we got in the car. It dissipated after a little bit but it was so loud.
Is there a fix for this yet or any ideas on what might be the issue? It didn't seem to do it this...
Just took ownership of a 23 R1S and the AC sounded like a jet engine. Any fixes yet?
When getting into a warm car for first time it was loud but softened after a few minutes of driving.
What mode do you recommend for just local road driving and smooth highway driving.
I'll post a video when I get back to my house and update. Thanks for the quick reply.
Is there a specific mode you recommend for just regular local road driving and highway? It's the wife's SUV so just trying...
Thanks for the reply. It's not so much clicking or valves opening and shutting, but creaking/ticking/metal noise. What you describe does sound like it what it is though.
Does it mostly do it when you're in park or on the break and adjusting drive modes?
Will it make these noises in neel mode...
This is an old post, but I'm experiencing something similar with creaking when you adjust the drive modes in park.
Does the suspension automatically adjust as well, even without changing drive modes when driving?
Just took ownership of a 2023 r1s that had about 18,000 mi on it.
Was playing around with it in the driveway the other day and changed the drive modes. It started mechanically creaking on both axle and making noises when the car was raising up and down. It's not live valves opening or closing...
