These are what the 20” two tone machined tips wheels look like in uniformed gunmetal color. I used gunmetal vinyl inserts to over the milled machined ends….. cheap solution, that I like a lot, plus easily removable if l have a change of heart. Before pics and after pics included.

Just added the all gunmetal vinyl inserts on the 20”s - after and before pics

My model S had brake dust….. I agree - gloss black will end up looking matte black real quick regardless just from dirt outside

prefer this look over the powdercoated black out look. I do like the all black 20's sold by rivian, but not $3500 like

Am I the only one that wish the 20” all terrain wheels were uniformly gunmetal vs the current gunmetal with the shining machined ends? I would even prefer this look over the blacked out powdercoated 20” all terrain wheel look. I’m getting a Limestone R1T and I’m thinking the uniformed...

TBH… I was so waiting to to see the ocean coast interior in person… granted it’s a pre production sample.. but I was somewhat disappointed, ESPECIALLY with the wood trim pieces… The wood looked washed out, cheap, plastic like, and fake. It would be hard to convince anyone it was real wood...

Maybe this has been pointed out before but I notice this on my first mile mobile drive today…check out the tire thread pattern on the R1T Tires! it’s RJ Scaringe INITIALS!

The (similar) retractable running board on my 19' ram 1500 Longhorn have an option to keep running board deployed when parked - so locked in the open position when parked.
