For this test I went from 74% to 92% in 31 minutes. 74% to 85% went real quick, like 5 min. So next I'll have to test at the same charger from sub-50% to 85%.
Great. I plan on stopping by the charger over lunch today. SOC should be around 60%, so I'll charge for 45 min and see where I'm at. If it isn't busy I'll play around with the chargers and see what rates different units give me. Then it's back to the office.
Is there any harm in testing an EA charge to 100%? I have a road trip scheduled soon and that would be the first time I use EA chargers, so I wanted to stop by a local EA location and test a charge from 60-100%. Any reason why I shouldn't do that prior to my trip?
Thanks,
Ben
Mine was charging while updating last night. When complete I went to unplug and the charge door shut on the plug. Had to touch the sensor to open so I could actually unplug.
Just received the notice for the update. Sort of want to wait, but also don’t want my R1S to brick due to 12v issues. Crossing my fingers, clenching up and updating…
What was the true difference in range that you experienced in All-Purpose vs Conserve? I’m driving the fam down to Gulf Shores from Wisconsin in a few weeks!
I'll give you $700 shipped to 53189 for any of them. I just checked UPS and was quoted $150 from SC to 53189 using ground and specs of 90lbs, 35x35x12. Please let me know. I really want to secure a full size spare for my upcoming family road trip.
Thanks,
Ben
Didn't realize we were jacking someone elses thread. So I used my UPS account to generate a quote of $150 for ground shipping from Houston to 53189. I used specs of 90lbs and 35x35x12. Let me know what works for you. I would do $800 shipped to 53189 considering the mileage on the tire.
Thanks,
Ben
