Just to clarify, I just got a ChargePoint and it's a plug setup 14-50, with a 60 AMP breaker and I'm only getting 9.2-9.6 kwh, that's normal? I had a BourgeRV charger that gave me 11.2 kwh consistently without issues.
SO not sure this is similiar but it's happened twice to me so far, I'm cruising to a stop light with my foot gentle on the peddle to keep going to the light and sudden the car accelerates and I didn't activate anything, anyone experience the same?
Oh wow, great info.... now you got me rethinking this LOL if it was a daytime drive I think wouldn't mind trying it, but being nighttime, not sure I need all the drama LOL
so thinking about taking the R1S on it's first maiden voyage out of LV to Cali, about 240 miles to my desitination, only hesitant cause:
1. driving in the dark with family and having to charge somewhere for 30 minutes...not sure I need that headache.
2. Not sure how to use conserve mode, which...
Mine did the same thing, says the update is incomplete, yet the app version and vehicle version shows it seems to have taken, Rivian rep told me to reboot the software, which I did and it's still showing update failed. So have a service ticket to have Rivian either repush or see what next steps...
like other folks said, make sure you have a 60 AMP breaker in your electrical panel for your wiring and also check if your rivian is set to accept 48 AMP charging, I had a similar issue, it was cause the Rivian settings were set to 32 AMPs.
