I had similar experiences with their support and the fact that the “backoffice” had to fix things, but I’ve yet to hear about it. I was scouting an EVGO charger *on their website* that was 100s of miles away for an upcoming roadtrip and noticed it said “autocharge, learn more”. I clicked that...
It looks like you have the 4" version, how's that suiting you? Their page says to measure from the ground to the top of your receiver (which for me is almost 20" when the R1T is kneeling) and subtract 14" for the right drop size. That tells me I should probably look at the 6" version of this...

it’s so big, it doesn’t at all...
I would encourage everyone here who is upset about this decision to file a service ticket, call up service, and ask that it be escalated. The more voices and complaints they get, the more likely they are to offer a solution, at least this is what service tells me.
I filed a service ticket. I was expecting this to be there and the fact that it's not when literally every other car on the road has it is unacceptable, especially given there was no communication, no notice, nothing.
Just got our launch green R1T back from one of the local XPEL shops with a full stealth wrap. We loved the launch green color before, but this looks 10x better to our eyes. Well worth it.
Launch Green with Forest Edge on the black 20” ATs? PDX area? You and I bought the same exact truck! Glad your road trip was a success. I had to wait for the glacial rail system to get my truck here from Normal. It took the better part of a month.
I just placed my order and am 5047...estimate on the site for the sliders is currently June for me. Here's hoping it'll be on time or maybe a little early :like:
