I suppose I could go park at a Rivian service center somewhere but that seems to really defeat the purpose of OTA.

Do firmware updates require WiFi or C+? My R1T shows that there’s an update but it won’t download unless it’s on WiFi. I park in my condo parking garage below ground. I have to bring the car above ground and then use my phone hot spot in order to get it to download anything.

That’s the problem. Each time I’ve contacted them they give me a new date. They should also stop showing a ship date on their website until they start production. They should just be frank with their production and design challenges. Post up ship date TBD. Instead they keep collecting preorders...

Also went to Pista. Had front windows match the rear. Also 70% on windshield - there is a bit of orange peel effect looking forward but that's the tint not the install. And full PPF

Teslas now come in fewer colors than years ago. I wouldn’t expect the color varieties of traditional car manufacturers any time soon.

I’m having a lot of problems with album art not matching. I’m using the stock music app on my iPhone. In the music app in the R1T, the two images don’t match. What’s worse is that’s not even the right album art for the song being played

Less than $8k which I felt was really reasonable. I've had my Subaru STi wrapped and that was $4-5k without any tinting. PPF especially with satin/clear finishes are a lot more work.

Went to Pista for Xpel Stealth. They did a really good job. Would definitely recommended. My project took a little longer than originally planned but we were able to coordinate getting the front windows 20% to match the rear. 70% on the windshield.
