I had a service appointment scheduled for months for tomorrow 9am on 10/26 at Costa Mesa and just got a call saying their lot was completely full. He said the appointment would need to be canceled or rescheduled so, obviously, I rescheduled for the earliest being on December 4th. Like...WTF?
