The city of Palo Alto just finished up their state of the city address, during which they announced the commissioning of one Rivian R1S police cruiser, as part of a new pilot project.
To the best of my knowledge, this is the first Rivian police vehicle in the United States.

Permits are back in for Waco, TX (charger count has been downgraded from 8 to 6)
And Rivian finally realized the RAN in Tysons, VA is under construction, though by the looks of it still don't know West Hartford and Norfolk exist.

Rivian was recently granted federal funding for new Adventure Network stations in Colorado. All sites already have the plans drawn up so it seems they should be up and running relatively quickly.

As part of Phase 3 of the NEVI funding rounds in the state of Colorado, Rivian was awarded grants for 2 charging sites in Idaho Springs and Walsenburg (address info below). The company also filed for a third site in Lakewood, but it did not receive any funding.
