A user on PlugShare just reported a successful charge at the site, with this photo provided. The plastic wrap is still on the cable, that's pretty much an indicator of how recently it was activated...

It was recommended for approval by the P&Z Commission, and the Board of Trustees decided not to go along with that recommendation. I watched that whole meeting, it was grueling.
For Orland it seems that Rivian might be dragging their feet, albeit I don’t know why (at least that’s what was reported per the latest council meetings).
Shoshone may well be under construction by now, just that we don’t have enough information coming out of Inyo County to say whether it is or...
All of the locations in this update are already known and under construction (that was probably the intention, if I had to guess). The sole exception would be Lansing, for which only the permit has been spotted so far.
Rivian is holding of on any updates to the map until the first batch of Gen 1.5 stations opens. This hasn't been confirmed yet by Rivian, but is likely what is going to happen.
Also, this isn't really news, but permits are in for Nags Head.
And Joshua Tree is under construction as well.
