Why the heck would I refuel "every day?" Unless I'm driving 300+ miles every day, then zero need. Go back and change your example to that of an even one: go to the gas station "every day" and fill up to replenish what you used that day. By your math, equal use case, 30 seconds EV versus 5...

Unfortunately the issue is not limited to Rivian. My 9/1/2023 Tesla purchase was denied on my 2023 taxes. I filed online protest/appeal 5/1/2024. Crickets so far.

Maybe ask guide to match you to a different vehicle. This "can" result in deposit being moved to new, versus loss of $1k. Yes PDM is a software-unlocked DM. Some previously signed contracts are being changed from DM to PDM. Good luck!
