Hmmm, not very doable if you're not at your vehicle's location.
Many bugs can wait for a regularly scheduled OTA update (if there is such a thing as a scheduled OTA update.) But the inability to successfully schedule a charge for one's BEV seems like it needs to be addressed ASAP. Tending to...
I encountered this problem for the first time last night. Drove into the garage at about 8:30 pm with a scheduled charge to start at midnight using a WallBox EVSE I've been using without problem for the last month. About 30 minutes after plugging in I went to close the Rivian app in my phone and...
I didn't want to add to the ewaste pile either, especially since PAAK works with my S20 Ultra. I've had marginal luck getting phones repaired (except for screens) but decided to get the USB charge port on my S20 repaired instead of replacing the phone and incurring PAAK problems. Found a...
I just pulled the plastic facia panel that covers the area between the windshield and the frunk tub. No need to pull the frunk tub to see that area in question. It is held down with 6(+) plastic clips, so not difficult to remove. Just don't force them on removal.
I have a R1T, VIN 23xxx, built 04/23. I visually checked the battery configuration this morning and, according to the photos in this thread, I have one 12v battery and the capacitor. I don't have the center console/dash 12V nor the Meridian sound.
Same for me. Adventure Gear on one's original order was supposed to transfer the a Shop order. That didn't happen for me so I asked my guide about it and she added it back on to the order.
It's about the only thing for which she's been good. Other than that she seems to know nothing, can't find...
I'm in a similar situation as well. My R1T isn't preowned but I need to change the delivery address for my manual tonneau. I'm still waiting to hear back from my guide as to whether that's possible. It doesn't seem like such a simple request should be impossible. But, ..... Rivian.
The thing is, it doesn't sound like there's anything wrong with it. It's just not loud enough for the purposes one uses a horn.
Every Harley I owned was the same....wimpy horn. The first thing I always did with a new Harley was change out the slip on mufflers and replace the horn with an air...
I had a similar issue after the .18 update. No voice on incoming or outgoing calls. I finally unpaired the phone, reset the infotainment system and then re-paired the phone. All works well again.
That sounds like my horn.....but about 3 times louder.
Mine is so wimpy it's almost inaudible in the cabin and sounds more like a fluttering fart. I used it once to get the attention of another driver and once for a wayward pedestrian. Neither reacted as if they'd heard a thing.
Please, no.
Or at least make the volume selectable. An audible warning after traveling a certain distance with a signal still on is sufficient. I don't need to be alerted/annoyed with the tock...tock....tock while I'm sitting at a red light waiting to make a left turn with my turn signal on...
I'm in NE Cobb and used Arc Angel Electric to combine a couple of sub-panels for my shop, install two 60 amp circuits and two Wallbox EVSEs. Currently the EVSEs (one inside the garage and one outside) share one 60 amp circuit. Eventually the outdoor EVSE will be on it's own circuit and there...
I had PPF on my (very standard) R1T order, but after deliveries in my area were being made to reservations made long after mine. I opted for a Shop truck that was identical to my order without the PPF.
My guide was useless about why production of my truck was taking so much longer than others...
I'm at a little over 1% per day on 2023.14.
I'm on a flexible power plan where the first 400kw between 00:00 and 06:00 is $0.00 per kw. The house uses between 1.0kw to 1.8kw at night depending on OAT. So the first 350kw or so for my R1T are free. So far the vampire drain is annoying, especially...
