I’d like to head up to Fairbanks in the summer. People have done it, but the part about reasonable number of stops and more importantly reasonable length of stops is still an issue. But Tesla and BC hydro and a few others are starting to fill the gaps.

When you sign up the Tesla app you provide your credit card number. When you activate the charger with the app for CCS charging it goes into “CCS mode” and when you remove the cable from the pedestal it has a CCS adapter mated. You just plug it into your R1 and charge. Pretty sweet.
