Witnessing the impact wouldnāt help with a warranty repair. It would cut against it.
Rivianās determination that it is likely from impact will hopefully make it easier with the comprehensive claim. Pay the deductible, make sure they use OEM glass, and move on. Should be no impact on rates.
I was more thinking of the R2 consumer, who will not be taking it off road. Drop off road spend and increase charging and battery spend. Make the car the consumer wants, but keep the price from exploding.
OG are particularly bad. The refreshed models have improved, but you can still feel every bump. I happen to uber a ton for work and itās always a M3 or MY. So Iāve probably ridden in several dozen. For some reason, the ride grates on me.
Need a little more context on this one. I suppose, on initial look, it doesnāt surprise me. Of the dozen folks I know with an R1 (mostly R1S), every one is letting the lease expire and moving on. Some are getting a Volvo. Some Audi. Some BMW. Most thought of the R1 as an experiment that was fun...
