Wash what I can reach by hand, or from the running boards, don't worry about the rest. Risk of breaking/cracking the roof glass is just not worth having it spotless. Plus I have the sunshade so now I can't even see it. It's just going to be the first thing to get dirty again anyway....

I think you made the right call. While you theoretically could drive it, that's bad advice and I absolutely would NOT drive it without the airbag suspension. It is likely just resting on the bump stops and driving it would be transferring all of the road forces and stress of a 7k lbs vehicle...
