I would think that an inverter won't be necessary. The truck will come with a 11KW onboard charger for charging the drive battery. Running it the other way is basically a 240 volt 11,000 watt inverter.... Assume they will just tap off of that?

I chatted with Rivian and asked about how the calls will happen. I was told that you will get an email from your guide to schedule a phone call. This makes way more sense as you will want to be prepared with all your questions and not just get a phone call at an inopportune time.

They should be able to give you control. Think about when you are off road. Once I leave the pavement, you don't need to comply by all the rules of the road (think using your turn signal). It would be nice to be able to turn off any noise as not to disrupt nature.....

For me, PRE-RAN announcement was 180 pack. Now that they will have a network of Rivian DCFC's that is nationwide, there is no need to spend the extra $10k on 100 mile range. I am now all in for the LE. :)

As I was saying earlier in this thread, it looks like the Teslatap may soon been irrelevant on managers that want payment for you to charge. Since there is no credit card reader and that it is their own platform that they will take payments on, this will seem to then only work on Tesla vehicles...
