happened to me! Dead as a door nail with 80% charge on the main batteries. Without warning. Told it was a malware issue that caused the sensors to believe the truck was always on. Boom dead 12v’s. They stated they corrected it but glad there is an update too.

How long did it take from step 7 to 8? I completed 7 steps 2 weeks ago and vehicle is at service center. But no date yet. Just preparing vehicle as status. Anyone else have this happen.

Pre-order Jan.22…confirmation email and opened 8 steps today! VIN#155xx…awaiting delivery date…just like that!!! Fingers crossed it’s by end of month!
