You might have a hard time trading if you think your used S is worth $15k more than a used T with very similar mileage. Unless his is dual motor I guess?
You'll find short trips KILL the efficiency since the vehicle tries to warm everything up (batteries, motors, cabin, etc). This won't impact you as much on a longer drive, but short trips combined with winter temps = a huge hit. Think of it like letting an ICE vehicle run for 25 minutes every...
Thanks! Looks like I should scale it back a little, might try at 44psi and see what the chalk test looks like.
The wheels are 20x8.5, ET40. HRE P111SC
I’ll get some better pics once I get the truck cleaned up, pretty gross right now lol
There’s next to zero chance the M/S2 get worse efficiency than stock all terrains. I just changed from stock 21” all seasons to 20” M/S2, I’m hoping it’s a little more efficient being a lighter tire.
I just got new wheels and tires installed but not sure what to set the pressure to, considering there’s different interior volume in the new tire. Discount tire set them to 40psi; max inflation on the tire is 50psi. Stock recommended psi on 275/55r21 is 48psi.
I am going to plan to do the chalk...
I needed to slam doors also at first but after the weather stripping broke in it’s normal. Leave a rear door open and see if it’s easier to close the drivers door. If so, I wouldn’t sweat it right now.
Do most campers have a 30 amp connection as well? If so, seems like during the day I'd have the camper connected to 30 amp while the vehicle charges on 14-50, then unplug at night and use 50 amp for the camper. I guess if you have the adapter it's not a big deal, but I'd rather charge as quick...
It’s not published, but there are videos testing 0-60 in different modes which show all purpose definitely has less power. It’s still faster than the PDM though, which means it has over 660hp and under 835hp. It definitely FEELS like it’s down about 100hp compared to sport
I dunno about that, I got 3.03 seconds (measured with Dragy so very accurate) in my quad R1T on stock 21s with only 87% battery and losing traction. It 100% could get under 3 seconds if I was on a stickier road, but this was on a country backroad that isn’t in the best shape. All purpose is...
