This happened to mine, the EVSE team needs to push an update out to the charger. Call support, they will ask for pictures of your setup (dip switches, circuit breaker, etc).

Figured it out, did a soft reset but it could have been user error the whole time. The setting is on the far right side of the screen and if you have anything playing the right “currently playing” window covers up the setting. I needed to swipe that to the right shuck uncovered the drop down.

Just noticed my charger was initializing (blinking white) and once it was done I plugged in and I’m now getting the full amps. Same version listed in the app.
