What is up with Rivian Customer Service? Gave up waiting for CS to come on the line. Used the call back option and after several hours received a call back that immediately hung on me. I am now waiting in the chat que where my wait after an hour now says 2 hours.

Based on the price they wanted for the camp kitchen, not sure anyone could afford a whole camper from Rivian!

I prefer this over a per mile tax. They made it a little on the high side I think because they will probably stick with it for many years. The gasoline tax in Texas has been the same since 1991.

I don't think that was blocking a Rivian service center. Texas has the same law prohibiting direct sales by manufacturers and we currently have Rivian service centers in DFW, Austin and Houston.
