This is great and thanks of course! Though, do we really believe Rivian hasn’t known this by now? People have reported a dampening fix to their a/c performed by Rivian. Seems more like they’re simply refusing to acknowledge it in most cases. Either way, thanks and hope this helps everyone as well.

This sounds right. Though it's likely a not so insignificant amount of people are currently choosing Rivian over LR, BMW, etc., because of the lack of comparable EV options from these legacy luxury manufacturers.

Luxury is refinement. Rivian lacks refinement, overall, as a brand. So does Tesla. They are not luxury because the brand experience was never designed to be luxurious. Disruptive, different, adventurous: ok. But, luxury they are most definitely not.

Class of its own. But doesn’t truly compete with luxury because of the QA/QC (+ service) issues and comparative quirks. This could get ironed out. Aesthetic is most similar to Buick, tbh.

I can't stress enough that achieving user satisfaction regarding the audio quality of the blinker tone would be significantly enhanced if Rivian were to refine the sound file by removing any extraneous white noise.

Can confirm. There are Rivians out there with normal functioning A/Cs that don’t sound ridiculous (and quite frankly embarrassing). Why the discrepancy and how to convince Rivian to remedy? No idea.
