I just entered my info in the survey. I pre-ordered 11-26-2018, R1T, LE, LG, FE, 20" AT. I have a March-April 2022 delivery estimate.

I attended the First Mile Event in Normal and got to do a test drive, but no guide contact yet. I've reached out to CS several times and it's always the same answer "You should hear from your guide by Thanksgiving".

All we can do is wait. Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away, so I'm hoping for more clarity when I hear from my guide. Let's get together @ja_kub_sz, when one of our trucks is delivered.

That would be great for remote camping trips ! I'm guessing the range numbers apply to Tesla and would need to be adjusted for Rivian.

I would be willing to be a "Beta Tester" ! I live near Normal and ordered an R1T LE in Nov 2018. I have a 14-50 outlet already installed and space to add a 60A breaker for the Rivian wall charger. I work from home, so I don't need to drive everyday. If there were any quality issues, I would...

Another reminder, it's a good idea to sign up on the website for the demo drives and events, no matter where you live. If they. get enough interest in a given area, they will be more likely to schedule an event there. Click on the yellow banner at the top of the website.

There were people from Chicago and St Louis invited to the Normal event. St Louis is a little over 150 miles to Normal.

While at the event in Normal, my wife was talking with someone on the Rivian event team and they told her that they will be traveling as a team to each of the events. So it looks like one city at a time.

Here's a shot of the rails of gear shuttle inside the gear tunnel when camp kitchen is extended out. Looks like it would need to be well secured to handle the cantilevered weight.

That might explain a few things, looking back at my First Mile Event experience. I was looking to try the tonneau cover, but they told me they it was turned off for the event. I also noticed that the tailgate didn't drop when I pushed the button. I had to help it get started. I didn't really...

I was disappointed that there were no Limestone or Launch Green trucks there, but I took pictures of the samples and here's what they look like, side by side.

All of the test drive trucks had 20"AT tires. It wouldn't make sense to go on the off road course with the 22" . They had a display truck with the 22's.

I was there yesterday and all three interiors were available to see. I thought Ocean Coast was too white for me personally, but it looks sharp. I'm just worried I would have to spend a lot of time cleaning it. Black Mountain is a little bit on the grey side it looked better than I expected...
