I’ve got the same issue with the screen that shows “Getting ready to stream…” and spent about 45 minutes on the phone with service which was useless. Not holding my breath but I imagine a complete reinstall of the update is likely what will be needed.

So are there LEDs that can be just white and green and not RGB/RGBW? Since that is what the light bar is capable of (so far as we know).

Pretty sure once an LED light can do something other than whites they are RGB so that would mean the light bar and the front turn signals are RGB. That’s why it’s nice to see that the dash/door accent lights are RGB as up to this point they were only white. Not my expertise so maybe someone else...

I don’t remember seeing this icon next to the temp and now I cannot remember what it means. Couldn’t find it in the user manual either. Anyone able to enlighten?

I just tried it and it seemed to hang so I closed the app and restarted it and it opens and closes fine now. Sometimes I think the app has trouble or delay in connecting and I usually get impatient and restart the app which solves things.

oh got it...hopefully that means the "camp mode" update is imminent :clap:

My truck software is currently 2022.27.02. I am not aware of another one having been pushed out yet.

I just updated the app and for some reason the additional Controls do not show up. I have confirmed that the app is version 1.6.0. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Glad to help. I just noticed you are in Newport Beach which should make it even easier to have them address it as I have been dealing with the Costa Mesa SC. The service tech I have dealt with on those last two work orders mentioned was a woman name Moe. Best of luck.

I had noticed what I believe to be the same noise a couple of weeks ago which had prompted me to look under the truck and I noticed a leak so I put in a work order for what I thought was both issues (leak and noise). According to the work order they had to drain and refill the rear drive unit...

I will once it gets dark enough (unless someone does it before me). Sounds like you are going to need a full dash replacement like I did...although my dash lighting was working right of the steering wheel just not left of it.
