My wife and I used this last summer while on a National Parks tour. Worked very well and allowed us to use microwave/air fryer/convection oven. I'm sure it's not the best out there but was great for us.
If the TCM hardware failed, no. Requires a SC visit. It’s possible mobile could try a 12v reset to see if the module comes back online but they weren’t willing to try that for me when mine failed. I’m about 2 hours out from local SC and it happened in November. Their policy may have changed but...
I had this not being able to wake truck issue after my TCM was replaced. Complained to SC and they said they would “talk to the cloud team”. Thought it was BS but a few days later waking from app started working and has been since. Might be worth a shot.
If you saw that 290 number on the main driver display, that’s the range estimate. I know there are more than a few folks that have made that mistake, myself included. :)
