Had this happen a few weeks ago (prior to 2023.14.0). Was later at night so I just parked it for the night and figured I'd take care of it in the morning. When I got back in the next day it was fixed, so it seems like a full sleep cycle "reset" may also fix this.

These look great, would be curious to hear from you in a few months on how durable they are/how they hold up to the elements.

Is this adapter still working well for you at RV sites? There’s a lot of very generic junk adapters on Amazon and trying to get a good one.

Seeing you're in CT, was it the Chelsea, MA SC or Brooklyn? I'm in NH and they can't get a tow until Thursday to Chelsea/Boston. Also, has the SC given you the cause and any fixes yet? Would be upsetting if it just needs a 12v jump/reset.

I’ve had this same issue since December’ish. Not sure if it was that update or what but it just will not wake. Super frustrating and SC has no solutions.

Not sure how it is now but 6 months ago there was a question during the “8 steps” about front license plate. You could say not to mount it. Then you needed to check something along the lines of “I acknowledge that front plates are required in my state”. Sounds like these owners may have missed...

For what it's worth, CS told me not only could we make changes, we can also change the model itself, just like we used to be able to. Who knows if this will hold though.
