I'm a fan of my R1T (2023, 68k miles). But the service continues to be unacceptable. Long wait times, even when I lived in the SF Bay Area. Up in Oregon, it is worse. And now, they don't provide alternative transportation unless they keep the vehicle for 48 hrs. (Loaner or Rental car). I live...
