I called them today and got a call back several hours later. They said they elevated the issue to engineering and are awaiting approval to put in a new TCM module. No set timeline on a fix date. Kind of a letdown because my truck was still drivable I've been stuck with a rental for a week now...

So I dropped off Wednesday morning for repairs. When I called for an update Friday afternoon I was told they were still in the troubleshooting phase so I will hear something again Monday.

@seajayseven so sorry about your bad luck. They owe you a whole new truck though I can't blame you if you would never drive a Rivian again. Most importantly a car/truck needs to be dependable and it's hard to walk out to your garage each day dreading that an error might pop up. @hardrock197...

Oh okay so yours is still with Rivian? I thought it would be weird if they sent it back without verifying it was actually fixed. Best of luck- let us know what you hear.
