May I ask if the replacement is covered under warranty? I just came back from Rivian service center today, and was told this is normal wear and cost $1500 to replace.

Rivian gave an estimate of $1500 to replace the calipers, and asked me to talk with service center to decided if this will be covered by warranty..

Try to clean as mush dust as possible, there are lots of paint peeling, and rear rotor color and wear is very different from the front ones

No issue, range is right on about 320 miles with 21 wheel/tires.

The front caliper paint is still in good condition, while both rear caliper started to peel or rusted.. I regularly wash the car and didn't use any harsh chemical on the rear ones...

I drove a loaner R1T for two weeks while my truck was in service center, I can tell the loaner truck definitely have a louder motor noise at low speed comparing with my truck, it seems this could happen on any truck. Maybe check with SC to see if it’s “within spec”?
