Gen 1 and it’s not really cold, located in nor cal and it’s never colder than 40s…

So when it’s on the colder side I’ll often find that one or both of my displays are blank. Car still drives but it takes a couple hard resets for them to come back…sometimes this can an hour or two later. Anyone else experienced this?

Unfortunately the original poster is correct. The service experience is totally broken. I recently had window trim peeling off and the mobile tech not only didn’t fix it but left it with front door misaligned. When I called mult times to follow up the service dept has no records of the work done...

Yesterday I had a mobile technician visit to repair a window seal that was loose. He wasn’t able to fix it but more importantly this morning the app indicates that the car is still in service which doesn’t allow me to use it. It’s sitting in my garage. Any thoughts easiest way to contact them?

Actually they are the bolts that are listed under mounting hardware on that instruction PDF. Not the T slot bolts that attach to the roof rack. Rather they attach Yakima footings to the bottom of the tent so that the whole tent can then clamp onto to the roof rack…
