    Thanks. That is a good idea - I'll start doing that when I get it back from the repair shop. I'm hoping my insurance company pushes harder but so far no luck. Hiring a lawyer may be the next step.. No witnesses and I called the nearby businesses to see if they had video and no luck.

    USAA. They are doing their best but with a unclear police report and the other party having a lawyer (and refusing to make a statement) there isn't a great path forward.

    No, I get it. I for sure appreciate you asking the questions. If there is something I missed, I definitely want to be made aware! Re the guides... I wouldn't be upset if it wasn't "sold" to me differently. He was very "call me anytime, with any problem etc etc". He made no effort to help me...

    I agree to an extent but I do think I should be able to rely on a brand new car to do what it is advertised to do. And have some sort of support from the company for the failure of that feature. I don't blame rivian for the accident at all. I blame the person who is lying and was driving...

    It wasn't stored on my vehicles drive. Rivian has told me that if it isn't in the video section of my screen, it doesn't exist anywhere else.     The girl who hit me was doing uber eats and so her personal insurance won't cover it... she got an injury lawyer and is now claiming injury. The police report is pretty useless because we had differing statements. So its a she said, she said situation.
