I have noticed the same in Minneapolis. As R1S sightings have increased in 2024, waver/winkers have decreased. R1T drivers will still wave or wink about half the time now but also seems to have declined from the early days. I have an early Gen 1 R1T and have been waving since 2022. Still waving...
