I'm experiencing this issue too - Rivian console shows no internet connection, but my iPhone app shows it has. I've tried hard reboot and soft reboot, unfortunately they didn't have any effect. I've also tried 5Ghz or 2.4ghz bands, none of them had internet connection. What a piece of junk...
This pattern makes a lot of sense to me - a lot of owners are busy with family and work, they don't have time for this forum, until a ridiculous quality issue pops up and they need to find answers here.

yeah it makes sense somehow. My iphone and macbook probably just need to restart 2 or 3 times a year excluding software upgrade, I hope Rivian engineers can improve software reliability to that level.
Thanks, I will try that today. But the frequency of system restarting is making me a little disappointed, I restarted it last month for another software glitch..
So any owner being frustratingly bothered by Rivian's low quality software can't complain? Any one like me complains is a troll? How about this, if I show you the proof I'm a owner of Rivian, you venmo me $1k and apologize, fanboy dare??
