    Exact same situation here but to top it all, I got a call from Rivian saying that I might encounter charging issues until a soon to come release, which I did. After a few seconds the car would stopped charging and ask to try again, which never worked and the battery was loosing its charge...
  3. Other person on phone hears echo when talking.

    Rivian service center in told me that the problem is related to a recent update and is affecting Rivian owners in Canada (I do have this issue and I am on Bell Mobility). They are trying to put it as a priority at the head office...

    I also noticed that even if we don't have access to Alexa’s speech to text, when we follow a route, the volume (of music or a phone conversation) is reduced the time it takes NOT to make the direction announcements... Even more annoying!

    This means no voice recognition at all if you bought your Rivian in Quebec which is annoying…
