I've always found San Jose responsive and helpful -- slow in the early days but always provided alternate transportation. Only issue was distance from home so I hope the new Sunnyvale center is equally wonderful.
I skipped the key upgrade notice at first then couldn't find a way to do it with the app or settings. Called Rivian. They had me do a hard reset on the truck and uninstall then reinstall the app. Once done, I got the prompt again to set up the phone key. Once in Wallet, you can add to your watch.
I just got 22" Nokian NOK ONE HT following a post in this forum. America's Tire price matched including the 40% discount linked in the post. With just a few miles I don't have much to report but they seem fine, were less than a third the cost of the Pirelli's, and have a 70K mileage warranty.
Not much of an expert on electrical issues but wonder if anyone has experience charging their R1 at an RV site with 30amp power. If so, what adapter did you use? I thought this might be a solution when up in the Old Station / Hat Creek / Lassen area last weekend but the RV socket was different...
