This is what I came here to check! I found the exact same issue (different state - same time setup, and same annoying reset to midnight). While I'm not happy that it is replicated, and you have the same schedule problems I do.... I'm happy it's replicated since that should make it an easier fix...
If you are able to get on chat or the phone with an agent, they have been able to do it (I acknowledge that is harder with the app pushing us to the AI chatbot)... I've had service scheduled in Shelton twice by chatting / talking to the agent - it's SO much better than Boston.....
