Terrible customer service and qualify of product. Within a month of owning it, it started to peel and now the rubber edges completely fell off. I contacted them several times who claims they will send replacement parts but never did. DO NOT BUY

I am assuming you have never been to kirkwood before, so pretty dangerous reply with bad assumptions. Very high possibility of being snowed in at kirkwood and being pretty remote from the stations you specified.

The 1-2w on their website is extremely misleading and false advertising. I placed the order on 1/20 and when I inquired on 1/22, they told me to expect it around mid Feb! That was unacceptable in my case, as I have a specific reason that I needed it in the next 2 weeks (3 max). Fortunately...

Why did they give you the 20AT wheels and PPF? Just forget to charge or something happen?
