I also had the same problem -- the recalibration steps didn't fix it but a mobile service call did. Note, you should be able to close the window and keep it up with a "half pull" on the switch.

Have you tried enabling the "Maximize Compatibility" toggle under Settings > Hotspot on the iPhone?

Hi there, I have the latest app update (v2.7) and was able to add the Rivian app widget to the home screen. It's totally great. I'd like to add it to the iPhone lock screen. Is that supported? I've checked the notification settings and they are enabled on the lock screen. Thanks, Nigel.

Not sure if this would work, but have you tried a mobile hotspot in the car and then joining the Rivian to the WiFi? I'm not sure if the wifi pairing turns off when you drive but if it doesn't, this should work.
