Thank you for posting! I was looking for exactly this. I bought my R1S for exactly this (and also a great daily driver). It easily did Argentine Pass but I wasn't sure it could handle the whole Alpine loop in the San Juans. Yay! (I am not brave enough to try Black Bear pass, maybe you or Brent??)

I know this is an older thread, but I am looking for people to go with me for Argentine Pass as well as some more serious stuff in the San Juan’s this summer. No one I know wants to really use their Rivian in off road mode but that was exactly why I got it!
