My last appointment at El Segundo was a 5 month wait, then 3 weeks until they looked at the vehicle and started the 2 hour repair. They paid almost $2500 for a rental car during this time. So those complaining about only a 3 month wait don't know how good they have it.

I really hope something like this can eventually be done without a service visit from Rivian to update the software. Where I live (Los Angeles) it's a 4-6 month wait for a service appointment, even if mobile service.
