Thanks @R.I.P. - I appreciate the thought and insight. The a/c repair was two lines knocking into each other and resonating (from the rear up through the driver side front of cabin) but definitely not up front. This noise is coming directly form the front exterior near the charging unit itself.

Good thought @Craigins thanks! Garage is insulated and drywalled, but there's an open window so it is definitely cooler. The temp drop is certainly a control variable vs. 2 weeks ago when we last home charged it. Did a reset today while chatting with service in the app. Issue persists. Good...
