I was there Jan 8 and was very happy with the service for my R1S. Highly recommend. Only odd thing was that I put the street address in the Rivian nav and it couldn't find the service center, it went to a place about a 1/4 mi south. Google maps on my phone took me there.
I didn't have PDR done, but they did a good job on other work I've had done and they do PDR. And they got 5.0 stars for 82 ratings on Google

Mine is not a 2024, rather a 2025 Rivian R1S. The Owner’s Guide on the center screen (version 2024.47.30) describes how to use a manual release cord for the rear doors. But my R1S does not have that and a chat with the service people that I reached via the app verified it does not. Go figure.
On page 434 of December 2024 R1S Owner's Guide it says " Manually Open a rear Door from the Inside
