No he was charging the 12v - so I think it’s either rivian didn’t replace the 12v last week, or it’s an electrical issue.
what user error would cause the high voltage battery to deplete?

Happy to report that it was just the 12v, and they replaced it with a new model 12v they are using.
They will have the car another week though because when I got home from picking up the car I had noticed a small ding in the rear passenger door, and a paint chip on the lift gate so they will...

SC called me today saying the car got there, then my app showed some change and now it just shows “in service.”
The advisor I spoke to thought it was probably the 12 V battery, however, she said she couldn’t confirm until a service technician looked at it...
Yeah I just went to leave and they all went off. It then locked me out, and what’s funny is that my app never communicated any of the faults. It eventually locked me out, and my app said the vehicle is offline offline. ?
I wasn’t low on range though, I had 225 miles, the car dash just said I had zero for whatever glitch occurred.
tow truck came and got it, so hopefully I will know more bye the end of the day or tomorrow?
