Agree. These will become rust buckets. The scratches/chips kind of confuse me. Not sure how that happened during assembly.

Did you take delivery of another R1S after rejecting your initial one? Looks like mine has the rear window trim sticking out like your initial R1S had. I thought that was part of the design tbh because I see it on both sides. Is that supposed to be flush?

Interesting consideration. The deep pain chips bother me because it will no doubt start to rust. The rubber seal just needs fixing because it is permanently bent. I don't think any of my panel alignment issues are bad enough to cause water leaking (knock on wood). I will see what they say...
